My second blog is about ingredients to avoid.

After taking oncology aesthetics training I've learned so much but realize how much more I want to know and understand. The words organic and natural can be deceiving when looking at some advertisers add's. That is the reason for the list of ingredients to avoid I'm attaching to this blog. Finding clean products can be very overwhelming and frustrating!

Holding clean skincare and makeup classes for women going through cancer treatment has inspired me to share some of the information I've learned along the way.

The oncology training (Oncology Spa Solutions) I took taught me so much! It's a wonderful program and Becky Kuehn the creator is a great support and has a wealth of information especially after going through the cancer diagnosis herself at a very young age.

Please email me at jannell@journeyaesthetics.com if you'd like assistance finding products and have any questions. I've found a lot of wonderful product lines that are safe and have good quality ingredients! I'd love to hear your input and suggestions!

I will be sharing clean makeup companies, skincare products and sunscreen/sunblock in my next blog.

Please get your doctors approval before using products if you're going through cancer treatment, have a compromised autoimmune disorder or have sensitive skin!

I'm looking forward to sharing this blog and creating a connection with you!
